Our farm makes an exciting alternative to conventional seminar hotels. Our enchanting seminar spaces offer dynamic learning spaces in traditional surroundings. With a variety of furnished accommodation and creative dining experiences in our exclusive tavern restaurant, can compliment all your needs (see below).
In addition to our scenic location on the edge of the beautiful Mattig river in the Salzburg Lake District, we offer catering options with freshly prepared delicacies from our own farm and local producers.
Various spots around the farm offer ideal opportunities for seminars, company training and team building experience of different styles and sizes.
On our farm there are a total of 3 locations which can be used for seminars:
Seminar room „Walnut“
An 85 m² seminar room in the attic above the farm tavern can accommodate up to 25 people. With its large skylights overlooking the Mattig stream, the sunny room with hardwood floors provides a quiet and natural atmosphere. The room has professional equipment including:

· canvas
· audio system
· clamping systems for flip charts
· underfloor heating
· air conditioning for hot days
Workshop Lounge „Salettl“
The Salettl – a covered terrace – with access to another terrace in the orchard and fireplace – is ideal for natural events in warmer seasons. The large space with many seating opportunities is equipped to host up to 50 people. The Salettl is right next to the farm tavern which will be exclusively used to cater for the seminar participants.

Workshop Lounge „Salettl“
Für naturnahe Veranstaltungen in der wärmeren Jahreszeit eignet sich das Salettl – eine überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf den Obstgarten und Feuerstelle bieten. Das Salettl mit Platz für bis zu 25 Personen befindet sich gleich neben dem Heurigenlokal – das exklusiv zur Verpflegung für die Veranstaltung zur Verfügung steht.

Shared kitchen „Farmhouse“
We also host workshops and courses about the processing of products in the former kitchen of the main house. It offers a table for up to 10 participants. The kitchen is fully equipped. A traditional tiled stove creates a particularly homelike atmosphere, which can be used both, to cook and to warm up your event on the chilliest of days.
