Holzer Permakultur & Marktgarten Seminar

3-day Holzer Permaculture & Market Gardening Intensive Seminar

In this intensive practical seminar, you will learn the foundations and specific practice of Holzer Permaculture directly from the permaculture pioneer Josef Holzer.

In addition to an introduction to the philosophy of Holzer Permaculture, you will experience how resilient, living systems in agriculture, horticulture and animal husbandry can be implemented in practice – from water management, soil building and humus formation to mixed cropping, agroforestry and animal-integrated land use.

A special focus is on how Holzer Permaculture approaches can be meaningfully combined with market gardening elements – from crop planning and field layout to mixed cropping and efficient workflows.

Through guided walks around the farm, hands-on exercises outdoors and plenty of time for your questions, this seminar becomes a powerful starting point or next step for your own permaculture and market gardening project.
