From 5 June to 23 October 2026, our farm shop is open for everyone who loves organic, fresh and local food. Seasonal subscribers will have the benefit of purchasing organic produce from 22 May until 6 November 2026. At  the Wastlbauer Organic Experience Farm, we grow with heart and hands — following the market gardener method, nurturing healthy soil and vibrant life.

You’ll find our farm stand full of fresh seasonal produce and homemade specialties — all grown and crafted right here on the farm.

What You’ll Find

• Fresh Organic Vegetables — freshly harvested, full of flavour and nutrients

• Homemade Preserves — pickles, jams, chutneys and sauces, made in small batches from our own produce

Every week looks a little different but you can always expect the full range of all vegetables and herbs of the season.

Pick a Friday that suits you during our farm tavern opening, wander with us through the gardens, orchard and animal corners, and finish with a cozy cup of coffee and a homemade pastry. The shopping credit offers you complete freedom. Buy a seasonal credit and use it at our farm stand whenever you like during the 20-week farm shop season. Simply pick the vegetables you want — more one week, less the next. The exact amount is deducted from your balance each time.

Pick more one week, less the next — your credit, your rhythm, and 1 week is included for free.Going on holiday? No problem — unused credit stays on your account for later. You can also share your balance with friends, family or neighbours, and even use it for bulk orders.

In addition, subscribers will have the benefit of additional 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks after this period from 22 May - 6 November 2026. During these 4 weeks we will prepare the share equivalent to our weekly credit for you. 

The only rule: use your full credit before the end of the season.

Farm Tour – Discover the Wastlbauerhof

Would you like to see where your food grows?

Join us for a relaxed and personal look behind the scenes of our farm.
Every Friday during farm tavern opening hours from 10 July to 28 August we open our gates for a guided Farm Tour through our garden areas, orchard and animal spaces.

When: Every Friday at 15:00
Duration: ca. 1–1,5 hours
Price: € 15 per person – including coffee and pastry

You’ll get:

• Insights into our organic and permaculture practices
• A look behind the scenes in our vegetable gardens and orchards
• Time with our animals and space for your questions
