
Dieser ganztägige Workshop verbindet praxisnahes Wissen mit persönlicher Erfahrung und offenem Austausch. Jean-Martin Fortier gibt Einblick in die Prinzipien produktiver, wirtschaftlich tragfähiger und regenerativer Marktgärten – und zeigt, wie Landwirtschaft gemeinschaftlich, überschaubar und zugleich erfolgreich gestaltet werden kann.
Der Workshop findet am Wastlbauerhof statt – einem über Generationen gewachsenen Hof, der heute von Eva Filzmoser mit frischem Pioniergeist weiterentwickelt wird. Hier verbinden sich Erfahrung, Anpassungsfähigkeit und gemeinschaftliches Wirtschaften in gelebter Praxis.
Im Mittelpunkt stehen Werkzeuge und Arbeitsweisen, die Effizienz und Lebensqualität vereinen – mit Respekt vor menschlichen und ökologischen Grenzen.

This full-day workshop combines hands-on knowledge with personal experience and open exchange. The legendary Jean-Martin Fortier shares insights into the principles of productive, economically viable, and regenerative market gardens—and shows how agriculture can be community-based, human-scaled, and successful at the same time.
The workshop takes place at Wastlbauerhof, a farm shaped over generations and now further developed by Eva Filzmoser with a fresh pioneering spirit. Here, experience, adaptability, and cooperative farming come together in living practice.
At the heart of the day are tools and working methods that unite efficiency and quality of life—while respecting both human and ecological limits.
