Organic Experience Farm

Welcome to the Wastlbauerhof

Our farm has been a home for people, animals, and ideas since 1786. Deeply rooted in the region, we continue to explore new ways of farming and living.

Between lakes and gentle hills, we grow vegetables using the Market Garden method, care for our orchards and forests, and raise our animals with attention and respect. You can find our harvest in our small farm shop and in our seasonal farm tavern.

We work by hand, thoughtfully and in line with the principles of permaculture. The result is food that not only tastes fresh and vibrant, but also supports healthy soil, biodiversity, and a resilient ecosystem.

Whether you stay with us for a few days, join a workshop, or simply stop by on a summer Friday for cake, juice or cider — this is a place where you can experience real farm life.

Take a look around and discover how you can be part of it:
join a course, spend time in the garden, or enjoy weekly fresh produce with one of our harvest shares.

At Wastlbauerhof, we create space for connection — between people, nature, and new ideas.
A place to slow down, learn, and get your hands in the soil.

Authentic. Welcoming. Alive.
We look forward to meeting you.

What we offer

“Swapping the computer for a pitchfork wasn’t easy. But every lesson is a gift and it is rewarding to share not only our produce, but also our challenges and journey to encourage others to begin their own farming transformation.”
